When enabled, we count activity-detail opens and outbound registration or signup-instruction clicks by activity, activity city, sport, day (UTC) and page section. Counts are clicks, not unique people or completed registrations.
Application analytics do not store visitor IDs, emails, IP addresses, fingerprints, precise locations, ages, interests, search terms or family preferences. No analytics cookies, advertising pixels or outside analytics service. Normal hosting/security infrastructure may process request logs separately.
Daily aggregates are kept for a rolling 13 months. Older rows are excluded from reports and removed on the next analytics or owner-dashboard request. Provider backups may have a separate retention schedule.
Owner-only ChatGPT sign-in uses a separate authorization record, never attached to activity counts. History starts on activation, not retroactively.
Browsing never requires an account or email address. If a parent, coach, or organizer explicitly chooses to subscribe to our optional local season alerts or area digest, we store only the preferences they choose to submit (such as email, optional mobile number for deadline alerts, city/state/ZIP, general age brackets, sport interests, and whether they opt in to local partner offers). Subscribers can update preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
